Hello,

My name is Amy, I am a RN, National Board Certified-Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Dementia Practitioner, & Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional, who is currently accepting new clients.

I work with all individuals who are ready to make positive changes in their life. These changes can focus on current health diagnosis, preventative health, caregiver strain, or various domains of overall wellbeing.

My passion is assisting others to live at their highest potential with the tools they currently have at their disposal. My specialty is working with caregivers of people diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia.

There are few opportunities in this hectic world where you are the focus and have someone's undivided attention; a moment to be heard and understood. This is one of those times. I will hold space for you and lovingly guide you on your journey.
